Just these two quotes pack a huge punch of productivity for me! Here are the lessons I get out of them.

1. You have to show up and do the thing. Art isn’t something you try. The attempt is already the thing, for better or worse. Once you start, you’re creating something, not trying to create something. Don’t complicate things by delving deeper into it than that. I go to my creative space (my home studio) on a regular schedule, I don’t wait for inspiration (who has the fucking time or luxury for that and still earn a living at it?!)
2. Cut out the distractions. If you’re here to create something, then fucking go create it!

Have Goals. Make Plans. Do the Fucking Thing!
